Refund Policy
As the services we provide are one time based on calculations which are one provided is final and irreversible thus our refund policy based on our services and experience are as follows:
- Once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to make a refund request as there is no physical product which can be returned and sell to some other user but is proposed only for a specific user only.
- No cash refund policy — states that no monetary refunds will be given, though alternative refunds may be offered, subject to service provided and alternative available (if any) otherwise no refund will be given.
- No refund, exchange only policy — states that customers can only exchange items they wish to return, rather than get a refund, but as there is no such returnable item provided to customer instead only service is provided which is for one time use only and thus no refund can be raised in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
